Agile coaching is a modern and emergent practice. We believe in sharing our experiences and insights. This allows us to hone our skills in bringing about organisational change and increase the profile of the coaching role in an Agile environment. We build useful trust relationships between individuals.

Members of the Agile Coaches Guild arrange coaches retreats around the world.

The Guild is a forum for leaders who use Agile as a stepping stone to change.

Members of the Guild use one or several Agile methods as part of the change toolbox. We are not bound to any single methodology or suite of practices.

The Guild itself does not broker coaching services, or have a commercial offering.

The Agile Coaches Guild held its first coaches retreat at Yasuragi Hasseludden Spa in Stockholm on June 1 2007.
